Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns

Natural Choice Water Pty Ltd, offers exchange and returns for refund on any products purchased, within 28 days of original purchase.

The customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. Natural Choice Water Pty Ltd will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to the warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If goods are faulty, shipping costs will be covered by Natural Choice Water Pty Ltd

To return your product, you should mail the item to: PO Box 429, Greenacre NSW 2190.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchange

Items that are returned for exchange will be sent after original item is returned and approved for replacement or exchange.
